1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, certain products such as charms or accessories may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or damaged products.

• Items without original packaging or labels.

• Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

• Customers may need to cover the delivery cost for exchanges.
